Nick Jenkins was absolutely amazing to work with. Worked with our group throughout the entire process. He helped our group with bookings, worked to get large group reservations, and even helped arrange some special surprises for my birthday with recommendations. AbsoluteIy top notch. My husband and I planned a last minute Universal Studios Orlando trip. I have never been and was so intimidated by tickets and passes and different packages. I reached out to Nick and Shannon after being referred by a couple of friends and utilizing their knowledge and help was the best decision.
